At Organic Tan, we fully believe in the quality and usefulness of our products. As such, we offer a 100% No-Hassle Money-Back Guarantee that includes outbound shipping and handling charges but return shipping as well. If you, as the salon owner, are dissatisfied with your Organic Tan product purchased from for any reason, contact Organic Tan Customer Service to be sent a pre-paid return shipping label and return the product to us in its original, undamaged packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Upon receipt of the returned item in re-stockable condition, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase price, including shipping. If you purchased your Organic Tan product from an Organic Tan retail partner, please contact them regarding their return policy.

Organic Tan further warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and quality for one year from the original purchase date. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or quality, we will replace it (at our discretion) without charge. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown from exposure to the sun that may occur from the temperature. It also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. This warranty applies to Organic Tan products purchased at or from any of Organic Tan's retail partners.

Organic Tan, Inc. shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

Except for the express warranty stated above, Organic Tan, Inc. makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Orders and Shipping
Orders placed via the Organic Tan website ship no later than the next business day after the order was placed. Orders placed prior to 3PM PST on non-holiday weekdays will likely ship same day.  Order-confirmation emails are sent when orders are placed, and shipping-notification emails including tracking information are sent at the time orders ship.
